Ensure that supplied materials do not infringe third-party rights
Comply with applicable laws concerning their own services and products
2.5 Intellectual Property
All concepts, documents, strategies and materials remain the intellectual property of NOUS until full payment is received.
After payment, the client receives a non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose.
Website content (texts, images, branding) may not be copied or reused without written permission from NOUS.
2.6 Liability
NOUS excludes liability for minor negligence to the extent permitted by law.
Liability for gross negligence or unlawful intent remains unaffected.
NOUS is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from this site.
2.7 Termination
Engagements may be terminated in writing.
Costs already incurred must be paid.
NOUS may terminate engagements for important reasons, including breach of contract or failure to cooperate.
